Our Recruitment Consultants have extensive experience in IT recruitment.  In order to understand IT Security as a specialisation and to feed their passion they also attend Information Security courses and conferences. Computer Network Defence Recruitment Consultants work hand in hand with our experienced Computer Network Defence security consultants, this partnership ensures that candidates are screened for their technical ability and also that the appropriate skills for the roles have been identified.

We pride ourselves in achieving the impossible when filling roles, we aren't the largest Security recruitment agency nor have we been in the industry for decades.  However, we realistically understand that we will only win work with results and our familiarity with both clients and candidates achieves this.

True Story: One Thursday evening, Andy Cuff, the Managing Director, was extolling the virtues of our ability to supply SOC IDS analysts on a temporary basis with minimal notice to a client.  The following afternoon the client called and said " I hope you were serious last night, I've just fired our last remaining analyst and need one temporarily on Monday morning for 6 weeks.  Oh, and the analyst must have the very highest level of UK clearance"  Within 2 hours we had not one, but 3 analysts on standby to start. After a successful 6 week tour, the client still comes to us when they cannot meet a requirement and usually asks for the same candidate, now one of our leading consultants.
